after placing my orders for the parts, they were never shipped. when I called, they said they were being put together and shipped, they did not call or email me to notify, I had to call and follow up with them. It turns out I did not need the venting kit they supplied. I brought it to UPS to ship- it was over $125 to ship back, as it turns out a friend was driving by their Albay warhouse and dropped the box off for me. My friend did not get a reciept which he should have. When I called Stoves Direct to get my credit back for $324 thety claimed they never recieved the box. They have since sent me a long winded email claiming I never followed the proper return procedure and they can not locate my box. a seconed box was shipped back by UPS, they claimed that box is lost as well! They have offered ZERO customer support and offered me a 10% preferred customer discoutn on my next order! Trust me this review is 100% honest- no sour grapes, just stating the facts on a company that screwed me and can not be trusted, as they say Buyer beware.
