I am rejecting this response because:It has been 10 days and NO ONE has contacted me from Genoa paving. No phone call, No email, No letter from themTherefor they have no intention to contact me or try to come to a resolution.I am hereby asking Genoa Paving to Mail me a check in the amount of $ 2000.00

I am rejecting this response because:I am Not asking for a free seal or a step. I am asking for a repair of a bad driveway and walkway job. Sides of driveway are not straight and sides are coming apart. Also asphalt was not heated enough so parts of where they went over area or added, it is uneven and looks patched. A lesser quality asphalt was used so a lot of rust is coming thru. Last, walkway is sloped the wrong way. It slopes towards the house so rainwater accumulates towards front door and Genoa paving never raised the walkway to be to code as I told them. So therefor step up from the walkway is now higher then code. I was also promised 1 year warranty with a handshake. I was told the asphalt needs time to settle and to call him within 1 year. Again. I am asking for $ 2000.00 to be refunded to me since I now need to have another company come out and redo a large area of the driveway and the whole walkway. Genoa Paving is even refusing to come out and look at the problems. He said he will not fix anything.

customer. Another man came in & placed the order & paid for the order. The other man came in and stated that his friend rigged the wiring and got it working & he didn't need the switch. As I told the customer we do not do returns on electrical parts, as stated on our invoices. The order was not in due to the vendor being closed down for the holidays. When he came in & wanted his money back, we helped him out by calling the vendor, then the vendor r said we could refused the package that was already sent, but that we would have to pay for the shipping for refusing the packaged. The customer was here & he agreed to that. Then we gave him his money back and problem was fixed. The customer in the above complaint had nothing to do with the order. Except for a couple days later came in & started yelling & demanding money back for something they did not order, nor had a receipt for. The female with him started cussing and carrying on we asked them to leave. We really don't like to do business with people who have to lie to try & get something for nothing. We had there customer in store that were shocked that people actually act like that.

We had the receipt from her store for the purchase my son had made. She was rude & irate & did not give back the $12.00 for shipping, which she advised us she was able to stop. My son never told her he rigged the old part. He had to purchase it elsewhere since she kept changing the date is was due in. This is the 2nd time in her store & last time she was cursing at another customer. If she is going to do business like this & lie---We will NEVER do business there again. The product was not in when she advised & my son waited a week after she said it would be there, and it was not. It was also not a Holiday weekend. My son never agreed to paying the 12.00 shipping. She was rude to him, that is why my husband & I went to her store to get this taken care of. Was extremely rude & cursed at us when we advised we will contact the Revdex.com. Then we were at the door leaving & she came across the store yelling at us & asked us to leave her property. She is the nastiest & most rude business person I have ever dealt with. I will let everyone I know about her business practices. Short Changing a 17 year old Boy to make a few bucks. She should be ashamed of herself! She advised my husband & I that the part had not shipped... What a shame, lying & cheating a hard working 17 year old out of $12.00. HORRIBLE BUSINESS WOMEN TO DEAL WITH.

waiting on the ok from the estimate that we called ion 3 times. We told him that if he ok'd the work today 0/15/2015) that he could pick hid trimmer up on the 16th of September. He said that he would think about it & let us know. Then on the 16th of September he comes in and makes a scene and thinks that we should just give him the trimmer. We told him that when someone wants an estimate on a piece of equipment, we will not repair it until the customer ok's it.

We brought in our weedwhacker in early July (estimate). We ckd on ,it ckd on it and ckd on it . we were verbally told thatthey hadn't gotten to it yet . Now its August , no we have never gotten an estimate and why when we called about the whacker in August were we told that they still had not gotten to it . In Septmber we go to pick it up (about 9 weeks after he initial drop off and were tod about the estimate and when questioned on just forgetting , was told that it would cost us to get it back broken
The rudeness was not as much my husband as the customer service rep that was so rude , no customer service !! The rudeness is obvious in their reply to us

Sorry the customer feels this way, but the 1st message we left was on August 5th 2015 at 1:39 pm. Sometimes the customer forgets about the equipment, especially since we were having a drought at that time. We do not repair any unit that the customer wants an estimate on until the customer ok's the estimate. He could already had his trimmer back the next day when he came in on the 15th of September 2015. We did what we were told by the customer, that he wants a estimate before repairing unit.
