Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/08/06) */ On 8/6/15, Revdex.com received the following from the business via fax: August 5, To Whom It May Concern: The customer Mr [redacted] in your complaint number [redacted] This person was not the customer for this transaction, not has ever been a customerAnother man came in & placed the order & paid for the orderThe other man came in and stated that his friend rigged the wiring and got it working & he didn't need the switchAs I told the customer we do not do returns on electrical parts, as stated on our invoicesThe order was not in due to the vendor being closed down for the holidaysWhen he came in & wanted his money back, we helped him out by calling the vendor, then the vendor r said we could refused the package that was already sent, but that we would have to pay for the shipping for refusing the packagedThe customer was here & he agreed to thatThen we gave him his money back and problem was fixedThe customer in the above complaint had nothing to do with the orderExcept for a couple days later came in & started yelling & demanding money back for something they did not order, nor had a receipt forThe female with him started cussing and carrying on we asked them to leaveWe really don't like to do business with people who have to lie to try & get something for nothingWe had there customer in store that were shocked that people actually act like that Tri county Service Center Howe Road Kent, Ohio Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2015/08/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I am rejecting this response because:I am Not asking for a free seal or a stepI am asking for a repair of a bad driveway and walkway jobSides of driveway are not straight and sides are coming apartAlso asphalt was not heated enough so parts of where they went over area or added, it is uneven and looks patchedA lesser quality asphalt was used so a lot of rust is coming thruLast, walkway is sloped the wrong wayIt slopes towards the house so rainwater accumulates towards front door and Genoa paving never raised the walkway to be to code as I told themSo therefor step up from the walkway is now higher then codeI was also promised year warranty with a handshakeI was told the asphalt needs time to settle and to call him within yearAgainI am asking for $ to be refunded to me since I now need to have another company come out and redo a large area of the driveway and the whole walkwayGenoa Paving is even refusing to come out and look at the problemsHe said he will not fix anything Regards, [redacted]
