I placed an order threw this company on April they have still not completed my order and will not refund my money even though they still have not filled or shipped my orderI have asked over and over to have my order canceled and my money refunded and they ignore me and just say that the items will reach its destination and to keep waitingOn the website it says items will ship within 10-days it has been months now and I just want my money returnedThe phone number they provide is not in service so I can't talk to anyone eitherI believe this company is a scam and is just taking money from people not filling orders and refusing to make things rightI would like my money backPlease help me

I ordered a product on March **, and have been charged for the product but still have not received the item I have emailed many times on when it would be shipped and I have been given a large variety of excuses for why it hasn't been shipped

I have been trying to get a refund from this store for merch that I never received (on an order I placed almost months ago) for over two months nowI have been more than patient and have now had to resort to blasting this message on social mediaInstead of refunding my money, this "company" whose call center number seems to be a personal cellphone or google number refuses to refund my moneyInstead I get the same message every.timeWhich is that my merch willl make it and here's a couponExcept why would I buy anything else from a store that takes more than six months to even SHIP an item (yes I later found out it hadn't even been shipped)I just want my money backAnd beware to anyone buying from this place
