Hello, Brandon with Stowe Mechanical hereThe job as originally agreed upon was to provide and install to code a multi zone ductless heat pump system in the home of [redacted] These are the facts: We furnished and installed the system according to the installation instructionsWe do have photos on the installation processWe found one wall where the refrigerant line had to be ran on the inside of the interior spaceWe did extensively confirm this with [redacted] and have witness to the account as three guys from Stowe Mechanical were on siteWe laid down cardboard in our walk ways and installed gutter (sheetmetal) over the refrigerant line at no additional cost to the customerEvery issue we ran into we fixed with no additional costs to the *estimate*The price was agreed upon and paid quickly by the customer upon completion of the work scopeWe also upgraded the units to designer series ductless units which also was not included in the original price but was provided at no extra charge to the customerThe remotes that were provided can control all four systems without failThe customer is not happy that we used expanding foam, as typical, to seal a holeWe have not been given an adequate chance without conflict, to resolve this matter to the best of our capabilitiesThe expanding foam that we used is non-toxic foam that is also quick setWe do have the MSDS for the foam usedWe appeal this complaint and levy that it be removed from the Revdex.com as a complaint on behalf of the facts provided by Stowe MechanicalEvery effort to accommodate the customer was made by Stowe Mechanical in the process of installing the ductless multi zone systemThank you for your considerationThe customer has not called in to our main office line, 360-244-and has relied extensively on complaining through Revdex.com and Facebook group postsThe customer may contact Stowe Mechanical @ the main office number to schedule a technician to come out and talk about options of further repair on the living room line with a different technician free of charge under our workmanship warrantyUntil this option has been exhausted by the customer (complaint) the review shall be removed and our rating unaffected Thank you

Every issue we ran into we fixed with no additional costs to the *estimate*. The price was agreed upon and paid quickly by the customer upon completion of the work scope. We also upgraded the units to designer series ductless units which also was not included in the original price but was provided at no extra charge to the customer. The remotes that were provided can control all four systems without fail. The customer is not happy that we used expanding foam, as typical, to seal a hole. I am rejecting this response because:The statement that Brandon Stowe furnished is false.  He never had 3 employees plus himself on the jobsite to vouch for him getting my approval to run the lines outside the wall and I emaild him the night before he did this work and asked him to please run the lines thru the closet on the back side of the wall in question rather then down the inside of the room.The only time that he discussed running the lines down the inside of the wall it was him (Brandon), his 1 worker he brought with him, and myself and my wife that were the only people that were in the house.I also have text messages that I sent to him that show that I tried reaching out to him, but got no responce.Yes each remote can control any of the units, but in order for the units to have the timing functions work they have to have thei own controller.  Not to mention that every unit came with a controller, why would we not be given each controller for the units.The uograded units. I was told that the manufacturer shipped the wrong units and that was why we were getting the different units. And as for the difference in cost, according to the manufacturer web page the cost difference was less then $50 each unit, not the hundreds of dollars that he told me they were.As for me only bashing his company online thru facebook, I made one comment to a post that he posted abiut the problems that we had, as it related to the other people's comments that they had the same problems with him .and within minutes of posting my comments he deleted his post which deleted everyones posts about his poar job performances.  I was contacted directly by one lady that got my name from the post before it was deleted saying that she had the same problems that I did, and she was sorry that there were more people that had to deal wib them like that.I dont think that my complaint should be taken off their business as there business is not trustworthy or deoendable.I also want my 2 missing remotes returned to me as soon as possible.  And I also feel that we should be entitled to some form of refund to compensate us for not beig able to program our new units to turn off while not in use line they are made to do . So we have been having to leave the units on constantly which osts more money to run, which is why I feel we should be given some kind of compensation Please feel free to contact me again for further information about this matter .  I dont feel comfortable that if I were to have a problem with my system that Stowe Mechanical would fix the problem in a timely manner, without holding this complaint against us.
