The customer purchased our services for a "gel manicure and pedicure" priced at $dollarsShe came back one week laterThe customer asked our store not to fix her nails to redo themI offered to fix her nails but she demanded that we replace themThe industry standard for gel nails is that they last for 1-weeks depending on how much someone uses their handsAlso, I have many customers who still have their nails in tact even after weeksFurthermore, most stores would not fix someones nails after one weekOur store usually will fix a customer's nail after a day or two, no chargeShe came into the store yelling at meI offered to fix her nails but she continued to demand that we replace themAs I mentioned before other stores would not fix the nails after a weekFinally, she is asking for dollars back but that price is for both the manicure and pedicureUnfortunately, we are not able to offer the customer a refund and hopefully, this explanation is sufficient to satisfy the customerI am very sorry that she felt this wayI am an immigrant to this country and worked very hard to be able to own my own storeI was very taken aback by the customer, as she yelled at me and spoke to me harshlyI take pride in my business and the service I am able to offerOnce again I am sorry that she felt that way

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:This business owner is falsifying what happened I never went into the store yelling at her That is not my style I simply told her in a calm voice that after a day my nails started chipping and I would like her to fix them She said "No I can't" it's been over a week I told her I didn't have time to return until a week later She NEVER offered to fix them I would have gladly let her fix them had she offered to She is outright falsifying what occurred Her $"deal" is not a deal She is using inferior products As I mentioned I my prior email, check [redacted] and you will see all of the unhappy customers that will never go back there Her lack of professionalism and honesty toward her customers is severely lacking And to lie about what occurred convinces me that she is not worthy of my $ it amazes me that for $she won;t do the right thing by a customer In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
