On 03/02/we received the letter copy of the complaint and upon checking our records, we did have a sale for [redacted] dated 04/24/He listed his address on the order as [redacted] ***We received the return item on 06/18/and issued the $refund check (#***) and mailed it to the address he gave usAfter checking with the Controller, the check never cleared the bankI called Mr [redacted] to clarify the address and he stated that he had moved and never left a forwarding with the Post OfficeNeither did he notified Stoystown Auto Wreckers at the time of the return, that his address changedI advised Mr [redacted] that we would void the prior check issued and mail him a replacement check to the address of [redacted] for $100.00.I apologized for whoever he spoke with regarding the individual stating there was no record of the transaction, and requested that he speak with the Business office in the event of any further questionsI feel that Mr [redacted] fully understands why there was a delay in getting the refund that we sent to him upon return of the core item

Review: I bought a used 302 engine for my 95 [redacted] and was told I would get $100 refund when they came to collect non-working "core" engine. Needless to say they collected my engine but never refunded my money and when I called in was told there was no record of my transaction with them.Desired Settlement: My $100 refund issued
