After having a positive experience in the past with this company I decided to use them again for another equipment leaseI was extremely busy when setting up this lease and I take blame for assuming they had my best interest at heartI didn't review the contract completely before signingI recently reached out to them to get my payoff and almost fell overThe equipment cost was $16,they are charging over $30,That's 100% interest and price gougingMy last lease had a one dollar buy out this one has a equipment value at end of leaseIn addition, it has a Evergreen Clause which means if I don't contact them days before end of contract by registered mail of my intentions they can automatically add an additional months to the contract at the highest monthly payment

Hi [redacted], As was the case the first time this complaint was opened, I have made over 25 futile attempts to reach this customer.  The phone at his business just rings with no answer or voicemail.  I have attempted to call at all hours of the day including weekends with the same result.  Also, there has been no response to email. If you can reach the company, you are welcome to provide my personal cell phone which is [redacted] Thank you,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.During the time that I was to commence the finance agreement and up until they cashed my check,  Strada Capital had no difficultly reaching me.   I have called their office on multiple occasions and left messages for them with my cell phone number but my calls were never returned.    My cell phone # is [redacted].    I have now called and left a message directly for [redacted] at the number he provided.   I will be sure to update the status of my complaint once [redacted] has returned my call.
