customer and matters was resolved , there was $750 due to terminal for demmurrage charges and $1300 perdiem to shipping line. customer agreed to pay the additional charges and cargo was delivered to customer by receiving warehouse.

Review: Straight Forward CHB company is the broker in US and business partner of shipment company which helped to ship personal belongings from [redacted] to USA over the sea in a big container. The container came to [redacted] in the end of Feb. and had a custom exam which cost $1,748Streight Forward CHB picked up the container on 3/*/15 without my permission and without notifying me that they were picking it up and now charging me $3,943 and stating that if I don't pay they won't give me my stuff and will charge even more.I called today to [redacted] at [redacted] and spoke to manager [redacted] who verified that container was picked up by Straight Forward CHB and paid $1,748. I believe that I am being robbed by Streight Forward CHB who clearly taking advantage of my age and a fact that all my personal belongings located in this container, and the fact that I do not have an income to pay to them this sum of money and to buy new stuff(furniture, cloths, household items). Also, I am very sick person and the fact that I can lose all family heirlooms including photos of many generations can brake my heart. Please help!Desired Settlement: I am willing to pay to Straight Forward CHB $1,748 which was required by US customs.
