We just had Straight Line mud jack our home and a part of the sidewalk They were both professional and friendly Once they knew they had a contract, they kept us advised as to when they would be here to do the work While here, they did a great job on both projects and demonstrated great concern for the home The whole staff was efficient and courteous and when they left, the work site had been cleaned up nicely

To anyone looking at Mud Jacking in Pueblo be very cautious with Straight Line construction in PuebloFirst scheduled an estimate weeks outTried to expedite even offered an expedite feeThey refusedThen today two full weeks before the scheduled estimate appointment they call and want me to pay $in advance for the estimate that is still two weeks outOn top of this they are very rude and behave as you have no choiceWorst customer service I have experiencedNeedless to say I canceled my appointment and gave the job to a Colorado Springs companyI understand being busy but being rude and demanding to your customer base is never acceptableI would encourage anyone looking at Straightline to reconsider
