Recently used Straight Line for interior and an exterior paint jobThey did an awesome job in the amount of time that was estimatedThe work looks great and their were no issues at all The cost was very reasonable

I hired Straight Line Painting to paint the whole exterior of my house, which included quite of bit of repair work (replacing rotted wood, some siding, etc)They did an excellent jobThe owner has a very high standard and pays a great attention to detailWhen doing the estimate we walked around the whole house and [redacted] was very thorough in explaining everything what needed to be fixed and exactly what they would do(an accurate quote is important so that there are no surprise price increases later) It's rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in the quality of their workHe was onsite at some point every day that the crew was here and some days he was here all day with themThe lines of communication were always open, so that I felt like any concern I had as work was progressing was addressed right awayI could not be happier with the quality of work that they didThe last thing the owner said to me as we settled the bill was to call if I see anything later and they would come back and take care of itWhat more can you ask for than that? I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and give them my highest recommendation

I have no complaints related to the painters They were professional and did excellent work on the interior painting I was, however, not satisfied with the administrative aspects of this company Basically the person taking the work and agreeing to schedules was not communicating his agreements to the home base As a result, scheduled work did not occur Missing scheduled appointments took place on more than one occasion I also believe that the person taking the work does not communicate to the painters some of the agreements that were verbally made I do not fault the painters for this and would recommend your get agreements in writing rather than have to make corrections to work later The neutral rating was assigned based on a Positive Score for the Painters and a negative score for the company itself

A+++++++ They said they would be there at 7am and arrived at 6:45! Wore protective booties in my house to not track in dirt! They painted two coats of paint and some three, where needed, all in one dayThey painted dining room, two story foyer, small room, two hallways and were done and cleaned up by 4:pm! The boss came by later to inspect their work and was also on timeI can't say enough good things about themAlso they followed up with a thank you note and paperwork with my paint samples name and color on postcard Also they were middle of the road on pricing I will use them again !!!!!

We contracted with Straight Line Painting to paint the interior of our parents' home in preparation for sale They were on the job when they said they would be and did an excellent job We are very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them

Breach of contract to paint garage for agreed upon price and failure to clean up after work was completed
This complaint concerns MrRodney ***'s company, Straight Line Painting, and his refusal to abide by the terms of a written contract, dated January 2017, to paint my garage for a price of $Specifically, Mr ***'s refusal, on October 2017, to paint my garage's baseboards at the agreed price written into the contract, his failure to clean up the mess made by the painter, and his failure to return the contents of the garage to their original locations after the painting was completed

So I wanted to paint the interior of my home yellow - a slightly bright yellow This is a color that easily picks up mistakes, but because these guys properly filled in holes and smoothed my walls, the color looks great I mean, it's great, even my popcorn ceilings look great I'm all smiles! His diligence showed in his delivery, and I love it when a company cares about its customers If you choose him, he'll do right by you
