I had a situation with a hot water heater come up and not knowing exactly what happen to the hot water heater because my father in law messed with it and wouldn't tell me what happened I had to rely on the plumber to be honest & that didn't happen with Straightline PlumbingInstead the tech used all the scare tactics I saw on Dateline they use for a female like if don't get it replaced it could blow up because it is gasThe guy had a gal tank down of the pedistel & loaded in his truck before I had even told him he for sure had the job( I was on the phone with my husband deciding what to do).The next shock was the price $1506....but all the promises if anything went wrong they would stand behind their Straighthad to go to NY a day after the new tank was put in but quickly called them upon my return that I now since them putting in the new tank was no longer getting hot water like I did with my old tankm& ask why or how could I go from having hot water to not having hot waterWell not only did they charge me almost another $for that call only 2wks later but were now saying that my lines were crossed somewhere in the house & it was going to cost another $to just diagnosis the problem and who knows how much to fix it!!!!!!! Just after this my husband happen my father fell ill so I spent the next 8mos going back & forth to NY and my husband had a horrific bicycle accident that I had to stay with him for mos due to the serious head injury he had & my father ended up passing awayBut during that time someone from Straight Line Plumbing now know as NOW Plumbing called about flushing my tankI again told them that they never resolved what they had done to my tank and the guy said he would have someone one call me back which they never didSo I called them and talked to a manager & he gave me the same song & dance how they stand behind their work that he would send someone out and I said I didn't want [redacted] they guy that was the one who put it in because I just don't trust the guyOf course he's their top guy the way he scams peopleWell [redacted] came out again and read what he put in his notes from an old work order and said the same thing that it would another $to diagnosis the problemHe ran water and this time while here mysteriously a toilet quits working so I called them back and of course they told me that it was another $for the call an anything that my need to be repairedWell the floater some how got stuck & wasn't allowing water to fill the tankThey tried to tell me it would cost me $to replace the parts inside the tank and I know I had just had them replace 9mos ago so they tried telling me because I didn't have a water softener it was causing the parts to failI refused to pay the $to replace the parts inside my toiletFunny how evertime [redacted] comes to my house something else occurs that ends or possible could cost me more money in PlumbingSince unsticking the floater and paying another charge for a house call because they said this wasn't related to them coming out the last lime even though it clearly was I haven't had an issue with that toilet the floater hasn't had a problem sinceAnd they didn't stand behind any work they had done to the hot water tank because it doesn't work the same as it did when they took the old one out & put the new one inThey can NOT be trustedIf you don't stay with the service man every minute while they are in your home it is apparently going to cost you at the least money for another service call every time they come out

I needed to have a valve replaced under my bathroom sink The service technician was very pleasant to deal with He told me what he was going to do and what the cost would be I would highly recommend them I had called several other plumbing companies and they never showed up It's nice to deal with a company that is reliable

Straight Line plumbing came out to replace a leaking hot water pipe in my home, the technician was excellent, the price was far better than what any one else had quotedThe technician wore shoe covers when walking though my home, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwardsIts been over months, and have not had a problem sinceI'd definitely recommend to my friends and family

They showed up at the our house at the request of our home warranty companyThe technician was puzzled When questioned, he refrused to talk to the home warranty company Called the company dircetly and was hung up on I called the Revdex.com, found out the company has an F rating Then the Revdex.com gave me the presidents name and was refused contact Then the Technician then ripped out of my driveway in his van leaving skidmarks in my driveway

I had straight line plumbing companny come out today for my drian clog and they where great! The man was washing down my bathroom after he was done fixing my tub drianAll I can say is great people fair price and on time thanks for your help glade to find a plumbing company that cares

Great company! Professional, honest, quick and clean repair(s) with reasonable pricing. I spoke to the owner about doing an upgrade on a water softener system one afternoon. He gave me a well educated review of 2 systems I was considering. I went with his unit, and it works like a charm.

I have used Straight Line Plumbing twice and would recommend them to everyone. Both times they showed up on time, figured out the problem and fixed it in record time.
