Unfortunate. They charged me twice in one month for the one and only phone I had in their service. The provided phone number was an automated nightmare that never allowed personal conversation. After they were emailed they gave a number that did reach a person. The first agent said I was out of luck as it had been longer than 10 day since the transaction. She said it was my fault! I asked how they can justify taking the money twice for ONE phone. Their system should have disallowed transaction. I asked for a manager and then the real trouble began. She was rude and very difficult to understand. She asked for my card information and I did not have it. I said she would have to hold while I looked- she said she could only hold 3 minutes- after I had been on the line for 60 minutes holding!!! I had to call my bank twice to give the card information so that they would NOT reimburse account (why?) but rather start the service that I had paid twice for in October. I will be ending any and all service with this company and encourage other to do the same. Very sneaky, very rude. Not good to deal with. I will pay any other company before I use Straight Talk. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SNEAKY ACCOUNT PRACTICES.

Customer services hung up on me recalled a day later and they wont help me with my service.

Straight talk has cheated me out of a few days on my service. I called in and the rep was unwilling to work with me and claimed it had been added before it actually had and would not give me the extra days. I pay for a full 30 days, not any less! I will NOT recommend this company to anyone!
