Main complaint= fraudulent charges
I dropped my off searay boat off on 3/14/The boat the floor replacedAfter looking at it, *** (the owner) told me it would cost about $to fix itThe boat floor was partially torn outHe said there was a couple of boats ahead of me but the work would be done in a month maximumon 3/14/15, I wrote a check for shipwreck for $the cash was cashed by shipwreck on 3/18/I called shipwreck on April 8th to see how things were going*** told me that they found out there was more work needed that what he estimated initiallyI told him to contact me after he revised the the estimatehe failed to do soI stopped by to drop off a stereo yesterday 4/that was going to be installed on the boatMy boat was sitting outside, uncovered, with a pool of water sitting on it There was about inches of water at the bottomIt looked like the boat has been outside for days uncovered*** told me that he still did not know how much more money I would have to pay*** said he put 3-hours of labor into it He also said that he could do any work of it until 2-weeks from nowI left at 2:30pmCalled *** at 5pm to tell him that I no longer wanted him to work on the boat but I could not get hold of himToday, as soon as I told him that, he said that he was going to charge me for hours of labor (vs 3-hours he admitted to yesterday) He said that his tech worked on stripping down the floor it from the time I left until 6pm (after telling he could not get it until weeks)When I was there at 2pm yesterday the floor was already stripped downHis move is an obvious retaliation, after I told him that I did not want to do the work thereHe is trying to charge me for more hours of work that was already doneHe is trying to over charge me hours X 85$=340$)hours of work that was not done because I no longer want to do business with himDo not do business with thiese guys! Run Away
