I am rejecting this response because:The mechanic contractor (who is a legal representative of this business) did not tell the truth to me on parts usage and the business is not honoring the signed warrantyDuring the itemizing of the receipt, I asked the question about the parts being usedI was told by the office secretary that the fuel pump was made by *** and was $Being familiar with this brand and knowing it is from ***, I did an online search and found the part to be $(plus tax)When I questioned the office secretary about this price discrepancy, I was placed on hold and passed on to the mechanic contractorThe mechanic contractor told me that what the secretary said was a mistake and that only ** *** parts were being used in the repair of my truck and that is the reason why I was being charged $for a fuel pumpI did a search on the ** *** parts and found the entire assembly (fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel filter, etc.) to be $604; which still did not justify the price that I was gettingAfter an attempt to negotiate with the business owner for a reasonable price was leading nowhere, I accepted a price reduction of $along with a warranty for parts (year) and labor (years) which was signed and dated by the mechanic contractorAfter six weeks of use, the vehicle broke down againI attempted contacting the business multiple times and was unable to reach anyoneMessages were left and no response was providedAfter days of no response, I needed the truck fixed and got the issue looked at by another mechanicThe problem was diagnosed as the fuel pumpI paid to have the fuel pump replaced again and was given the bad fuel pumpTo my surprise, it was not an ** *** part but an *** part.For this complaint to be officially resolved , the business needs to honor the warranty in the form of refunding the original price I was charged for the fuel pump: $(after the $price reduction)

installed per the owners request. Contract Mechanic installed the pump. the price was adjusted for the owner at the time of payment to his satisfaction.   Sincerely,
