On 7/13/2013 StraightLine. And out and took off old roof and put on new one. Since day one the roof has leaked. We have mold started in the south side bedroom windows. Now the heat vent in bathroom a lie leaking. I went up in attic to look and the wood is soaking wet. I need help I’ve tried and tried to get a hold of them just to come out and look and have never gotten a answer from them. I paid them and I can’t afford to pay another contractor. Hopefully you can get me some help. Thank you,***.

The business stated they spoke to *** after the new year and this was the 1st time they were contacted. They called on the Friday after New Years (1/4/19) and the company sent someone out on Saturday (1/5/19). The roof seemed fine and is still under full warranty. There was some condensation in the attic due to ventilation being blocked on one side of the home. The consumer had an insulation person coming to do some work so he told her what to do, all ventilation was there but the insulation was blocking it. Told her to install Baffles to make sure everything was working properly. The only other call he received was right after roof was done when . *** called regarding a bathroom exhaust fan issue. The flapper was stuck open so they lubricated and fixed it. They have tried to call since receiving this complaint but have yet to receive a call back.
