Your Middleton, WI WIID location installed an Ignition Interlock Device on my Honda CR-V just one month ago, July, I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment to express my sincere thanks to Rob and Mike, WIID technicians, who handled the installation I especially want to thank them for their time and patience in training me in using the DRAGER device I was a nervous wreck that day, and was fearful that I'd never get the 'Blow-Suck' process down I'm very happy and relieved to report that their reassurance and confidence that I would easily become proficient in using the device happened in short order, as they told me it wouldWhile I do not look forward to eleven more months of having to have an IIL device installed on my car, I am so grateful that I'm using your company, Wisconsin Ignition Interlock Devices I cannot thank the Middleton technicians, Rob and Mike, enough for their help, support and encouragement in making this humiliating, life-changing event in my life easier to deal with; that is truly an understatement!
Again, Rob and Mike, my most sincere thanks to you!

I have had a device installed in my vehicle for well over the time I needed it installed in my carThis company has done nothing but try to take every penny they can from me especially during these last few months leading up to me getting it uninstalled! They have never tried to help me considering the economyYou may have free installation but prices after that are rediculous especially a $late fee? Thats only $less then a regular calibration! Thats an awful lot of money for something that litterally takes min to do! I strongly dislike this company and I will be sure to tell people to go else where! If I could give stars I would!

I had an install become difficult because of my vehicles ignitions complexityRob in the Middleton location tried his hardest to overcome the challenging install but could not figure out the main issueI was in really terrible situation if this install didn't get completed by the end of the weekRob told me what needed to be done and I followed his directions to get my vehicle fixed and back to him to finish the installWhile this was happening Katie was helping me on the logistics side of my issue and did everything she possible could to reassured me a resolution would be made and make me a satisfied customerThese employees are key examples of what real professional customer service driven people are and really what all companies need on their teamsI was so lucky to have the pleasure to Rob and Katie be the ones that had helped me with my situationI truly feel they understood my feelings and really cared to help me complete my install as a happy and satisfied customer

I turned in my device to this company years agoThe attendant that removed the device said I do not owe anymore money to the company so I can leave after the device is removed
On March 3rd, I received a collection notice from an attorney firm claiming I owe $to this company
I have never received a call or an invoice from this company in all these years before asking me to pay this amount!
Now they are taking me to collections!!? I have called them several times and asked why did I not receive something form them before this? They just said I owe it and needs to be paidI explained I was told by their attendant I was paid in full on the removal dateThey are not following up with me at all and I don't believe I owe this billVery unprofessional not even a return call as of today March 15th

I have had the interlock device in my vehicle for a little over a year and a half I have had numerous issues with the device even to the point that my original device had to be replaced I received a message on the blower stating days until lock out This has happened to me before without actually locking out In both cases I was not due on my day period so I was wondering why the message popped up and also both times the messages were not consistent meaning they did not appear each time the vehicle was started The first time this happened with the device the device never locked out.e
This time the message popped up again at days and days However, on day one it did not pop up so I thought it was the same issue as before Well my truck is now locked out and I am not due on my days My last visit was 7/3/
The representative I spoke with said she refuses to waive the $fee in order for someone to come out and unlock the vehicle Clearly this device is malf
