I am rejecting this response to keep the file open. We have received the refund, Thank You. However, since we received a letter from Choice Recovery stating the Business confirmed this $777 was debt and is to be collected just days before this case was re-opened, we would like a note from them that this situation has in fact been resolved and the case is closed. We would expect they have not reported this to any credit agencies, but if they have, for corrective action to be taken. Once received, we will select "accept Business Response" and this matter will be completely closed.
