Stramba Farm and Fiber Mill

Review: Stramba farm and fiber mill was hired to produce a high quality yarn from my alpaca fiber. I was not contacted when changes were made to my order, I was not notified when prices were raised. When contacted to pay for and pick up my completed order [redacted] was rude and evasive in the details of what was changed and why. When I picked up the order I asked for a partial discount of 10% on the items that she admitted were changed, which I received. But upon getting the yarn home and getting a chance to examine the quality of the product that I paid for I'm shocked at the low quality, inconsistent, poorly spun yarn that I received. There are more changes than were admitted to, and after trying to contact the mill directly about the additional changes and asking for a partial refund to reflect these additional mistakes, I have not heard any response from them.Desired Settlement: I have written to Stramba farm and fiber mill asking for a refund of $500 of the $1820.00 that I paid for a product that is not to the standards I expected and to reflect the additional mistakes and changes made to my order without being admitted to when I paid for the product I received.I believe a $500 refund would be a fair amount based on the poor quality of product and additional changes that were not reflected in the original bill.
