Review: Our shower hot water faucet came off and [redacted] came out to fix it. After 10 minutes, he said he was done, tried to sell me products from his wife's "essential oils" collection, charged $160 and took off. Since then, the handle has been slipping - the hot water slowly turns itself off, throwing off the water pressure and shower temperature. We have to constantly adjust the shower -- too hot, too cold, too hot -- and it only works at full blast, ramping up our water bill. After many calls, [redacted] sent two employees to "fix" it. In just a few minutes, they said they had tightened it but claimed our COLD water handle is leaking. (Not true: we had just had this problem repaired by a different plumber.) They went out to their truck and "called" [redacted], returning to say that they'd "fix" it for an additional charge. When I said [redacted] should have caught that problem, they said he "has his head up his as" right now because he's so busy. I declined the "fix."After they left, we realized the hot water handle is STILL not working, no improvement whatsoever. I contacted [redacted] several times asking him to come out personally to make the repair, even texting a video of the shower turning itself off. At first he agreed, but then postponed repeatedly, saying our fix wasn't an emergency. On the day he had finally committed to arrive, he texted me to say he doesn't want to work with "people like me" who insult him and his crew. Translation: he has my cash and doesn't want to drive out to make this minor fix when he has plenty of other lucrative work to do.Desired Settlement: I requested a refund early on, but [redacted] refused. I pushed him to make the fix personally, but he refused. [redacted]'s only suggestion is that I find another plumber. I can't afford to hire plumbers to fix other plumbers' work. I am requesting a full refund.
