Strand Energy Depot

Energy entered into a Microfit program with us in August 2015. In exchange for the use of our roof they collect the money directly from *** and agreed to pay us $900.00 yearly. In September 2016 we had to contact them to arrange payment which required several weeks of follow up with payment finally being received in November 2016. They advised this was due to a misplacement of the contract, which we then provided them a copy. In Sept 2017 we began this process again. We have contacted the company several times. We have been unable to collect the payment after 8 weeks. We have had several emails exchanges and telephone conversations. No one every answers their main line. They no longer return telephone calls. The original sales rep is *** who we have tried to contact with no response. Their CFO is *** who had promised payment in September and never sent it. He no longer returns our messages. I filed a complaint through their feedback system. Their VP of Communications *** responded to me on Oct 12th promising resolution the next day however he did not follow up and in contacting him again on Oct 18th said he would get back to me later that day and did not. I proceeded to follow up again on Oct 27th with no response.
