Revdex.com:No , You are wrong , you broke the " contract " , was supposed to be a good shape engine and it was junk , you told me a full refund , and when you got the engine things changed on your part , and you hanged up on me , I truly believe the engine had 140x like it was wrote on the valve cover instead of 105x good shape engine , like it was advertisedSo not only that you broke the "Contract " but you didn't deliver what you said you will , you deliver a Core , and on top of it you have no clue what a " good engine " should look like , no idea what maintenance means for an engine , other wise you would not say that the engine you shipped to me , was great One more time you failed in every possible way , moral and Contract wise I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

We did break the contract as I statedsomething we never do We paid dollars the customer agreed to pay just to get our engine back Plain and simple These fantasy claims you are making are simply guesses We have actual experience and documentation proving what we claim We are not "guessing." The customer is randomly spouting opinions This engine has an insurance company provided document proving the exact mileage we stated This was attached to the complaint in the very first response You can read through the attached documents and see that very clearly I am placing a huge benefit of doubt in your favor assuming you can read You clearly didn't read your purchase agreementWe wanted the engine back so we would have the ability to sell it We did in fact do just that. This engine ran perfectly prior to removal and is currently running perfectly for a realistic customer that bought it after you rejected it He paid the same price He knew what a used engine looks like He installed it He is driving his car around happily It's that simple You looked at the corrosion on the outside of a year old engine and didn't like it You never looked inside at the extremely clean interior Whoever had this engine changed their oil religiously It ran extremely well with great compressionThat's all you can ask in a year old engine unless you are living in a fantasy land 'This will be my last reply as we have made more than enough accommodations for this customer We simply can do no more Everyone has experienced "this guy" I'm sure in their business dealings He simply can't be helped

I am completely aware of this sale and situation with Mr***. The engine was sold exactly as described with typical aluminum oxidation and as a good working used part. The engine in question is years old and removed from a vehicle with 105k on the odometer at the time of
removal. The 140x is the actual compression check on the cylinders and is never recorder more accurately than 5psi in most cases.. I'm more than sure some were at 148-142-I think anyone using reason and common sense can imagine this. It is purely a guideline. Furthermore, the used engine was run tested here and performed well. It exhibited no internal problems and was exactly as expected for a used engine of that vintage. This is simply a case of someone not clearly stating their expectations prior to purchase. Our best effort was made to clearly state our sales and return policy prior to the customer's purchase. This is done with a standard order form that clearly lays out all of the details of the purchase agreement which was signed by the customer stating he understood our policies. We stood by our original agreement 100% and refunded Mr *** for the engine in full and we even voluntarily paid the return truck freight valued at 195.00. The engine was never stated to be a grade "A" engine and is not a value we can even assign to our parts through our current part listing system. This is done purely through car-part in their listing software and has nothing to do with our own parts evaluation system. It is external to our ability to change. The oil seepage and leaks that show externally occur on nearly every used engine we have ever seen and was not deemed as unusual or odd. It was very minor and limited considering the age of the engine sold

Revdex.com:They did have listed the engine on car-par.com as "A" condition engine , asked for a full refund shipping and core also, he said he will have to talk to the owner and he will call me back , he did call me back and said the I will get a full refund to just send his engine back , when I called him back to see if the engine has arrived at his end he told me that " I am out of luck and hang up on me" , when I read their message makes me feel that he is talking about a different complaint, he was different when we talked .I attached some pictures to show what was in his opinoin for a high performance engine , 5cylinder , turbo charge , 300hp , 0-mph in seconds to have inside How many of you guys wants to buy "A" condition engine with broken exhaust manifolds broken off ( failed attempt to take the turbo off , and the said how bout just send us your turbo and exhaust manifold , and will give your core back , the one attached is just a pile ..., hard water build up insight coolant lines attached to turbo , pipes all rusty and full of sediment , ) , but all this thinks are by This business Well they are not in my book , and like I told them before ,I don't wanna pay 195$ to look at a poor shape engine , just because in his dreams that's "A" condition engine .I send it back the very next day Every thing you said you didn't say , *** , you did say, and you did list the engine "A" condition engine .
