M[redacted] G[redacted] This is correct, however I needed rear brakes again per Kia of Greenville after only 21k miles.  I have the brake pads that were removed from my car by Kia of Greenville.  It is clear that Kia of Anderson did not replace them in Dec. 2016.  Everyone I have spoken to at Kia of Greenville and Kia of Anderson admitted that something wasn't right.  Kia of Anderson should refund me the charge of this work since I had to pay Kia of Greenville for rear brakes again.  Rear brakes should last at least 50k miles!  I cannot believe they will not make this right.  I have now spent $340 on rear brake pads w/in 21k miles.  I have spoken to several mechanics that agree I should get more than 21k miles.  I will never take my car to a Kia Dealer again for maintenance or repairs.  I will post this in other places so others will be aware of how they treat their customers.

On 12/02/2016 M[redacted] visited kia of anderson to have her 2013 kia Rio vin # [redacted] serviced and after a multi point inspection was performed, replacement of rear brakes pads were recommended.Customer approved the repair and part # 58302 1wa30 ( rear pad kit-disc brake) was...
