I will never do business with them again. I asked for an estimate on a keypad for my gate they said, they would have to send someone out to check model and would call me back. Month's went by so I stopped at the location to check on the delay. Still no return call after four trips to there office. Than one day we get a call from outside the house they installed the keypad. Went outside to talk to them and see what the cost was of the keypad and the installer could not tell me. So contacted the business again and they could not find the work order we would have to call the next day. We never received an estimate or signed for work to be done. Finally received a bill they charged $70.00 more for the part and $95.00 for installing it. We tried to talk to the owner or manager about the bill amount and he was rude, said we fixed it pay it. We did pay the bill, but will not recommend this business or do business with them again. Be sure you get a estimate in the yellow pages says, Free estimate we never received one. A lesson learned what happened to customer service? We try to support local business, but this one I don't recommend.
