Strasburg Family Eyecare

Review: I order a pair of glasses which I could not see correctly with. They had send them back to be corrected 3 times and they still were not correct. After the 3rd time I was told that the insurance company would not redo them any more and was told I needed to take the glasses. I was back and forward between my insurance provider and the eye doctor. Finally my Insurance company did an investigation and found that the eye doctor was at fault and that they were to give me a refund for the glasses. It has been over a month and the eye doctor still refuses to give me the refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $93 which I paid for the glasses.
