Consumer called and stated complaint resolved per her instructions
Review: I brought a used [redacted] we just bought for my daughter to have a complete detail done. The owner quoted me between $60 and $100. I had to pick it up on a Saturday (a day after it was read), and noticed right away it wasn't detailed...the wheel wells were still covered in mud, yet they put shiny polish on the tires. Inside the car it was not vacuumed, animal hair and obvious particles were still on the floor and seat..especially between the seats and console. The console wasn't cleaned, nor the dash and the door panels. I was so upset I was shaking! The kid working there would not give my keys without having to pay $150.00!!!! What rip-off! I called the police because I truly believe I was scammed, nothing they can do. I took a gazillion pictures...and now hoping to get something resolved through Revdex.comDesired Settlement: I believe I am do due my money back
