The Company does not believe the claims of Complainant have any merit. In an effort to resolve any claims without further cost and expense and to preserve customer goodwill, the Company will replace the vanity free of charge. The Company will ship it to the Showroom where purchased; they must open it, inspect it and approve it (photos required), before delivering it to Complainant. Showroom will be responsible for delivery to Complainant. By accepting the vanity, Complainanat agrees that the mattered is settled, without further warranty claims The actions of the Company in replacing the unit was for settlement purposes only and is not to be construed as an admission of liability or responsibility

It is correct that we received a warranty claim from the home owner. Both manufacturing and purchasing was involved, and it was determined that it was a legitimate claim.Strasser made a replacement vanity; using the identical model number from the original purchase. The vanity was shipped directly...

to the homeowner's home and delivered approximately within a month of the original claim.The homeowner refused the delivery; since Strasser had changed the standard hardware, from round knobs, to rectangle pulls since the original purchase. Everything else was identical to the original vanity. It clearly states in our warranty statement that Strasser reserves the right to make changes/improvements in the products and are "under no obligation to incorporate such changes in products preciously manufactured". A copy of the entire warranty is attached.In short; Strasser Woodenworks has followed the warranty policy 100%.

I am rejecting this response because:
The fact that Strasser acknowledges that our claim is
legitimate is the first confirmation of our claim. 
 
If, as confirmed by Strasser originally and again in their
response here, confirmed that “identical” model number was used to identify the
original purchased product they have confirmed the warrantee’s claim.  Warrantees researched the same product on
both warrantor’s website and most all other retail sites offering the very same
product (as of date of claim and to date) with the original hardware.  Warrantor replaced the warranted original
product with no communication with warrantee. 
It is laughable that Strasser is “under no obligation to incorporate
such changes in products previously manufactured” when hardware is:  A) vital to the aesthetic of the product; B)
If offered a choice of hardware by customer service, warrantee would have
requested replacement product with no hardware and self-replaced hardware upon
receipt with no further responsibility within the complaint.
 
It should be noted that warrantee could have purchased an
exact replacement product via numerable retail sources.  Warrantor to date still offers exact
replacement product via its website and other retail sources. 
 
It should also be noted that warrantee would have, in-fact,
saved warrantor cost of manufacture should they inquired as to type and style
of hardware offered by replacement product. 
Warrantee was afforded rude, accusatory and inflammatory interaction
from inception of claim of warranty by the warrantor. 
 
It should be noted that warrantee has offered to accept a
replacement warranted product without hardware with no responsibility to the
warrantor.  Warrantee has been met with
further rudeness and inflammatory communication with the warrantor in
discussion of the this request. 
 
Warrantee, intends, without satisfactory delivery of either
an exact replacement of product as detailed by the original product model
number with hardware OR an exact replacement of product as detailed by the
original product number without hardware, to enter into legal action to
accommodate same within reasonable timeframe.
 
It should be noted that warrantee believes that it makes no
reasonable sense for warrantor agree to same as the exact replacement product
is reasonably available through multiple channels.
 
To conclude, it is the warrantee’s opinion and that of
their counsels that the warrantor has no interest is satisfying any reasonable
customer service inquiry as a result of the treatment exhibited
heretofore.  In the opinion of the
warrantee the staff of Strasser has been uncooperative, disinterested and having
no interest in providing reasonable customer service in this matter, thus the
original complaint made here.
