The game won't open. The company is impossible to contact. Forget about getting your money back. Don't buy the digital baseball game.
Sent the wrong item. Never received the right item after trying for two weeks. Tried calling, only busy signal all day on redial.
The company sells software that it knows will not work on the average new machine, then sends you a "fix" that doesn't work, then when you complain about that, they send you the EXACT SAME fix again, that you already told them did not work.
They said they would refund my money and they have not. Do not do business with these folks. Also, they do not have TTY so if you are hearing impaired, forget it. This is an ADA violation, since they have a nationwide 800 number.
Do not do business with these people.
THE COMPANY HAS A COMPUTER GAME THAT YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM IN ORDER TO ACTIVATE IT WITH A PRODUCT CODES THERE IS NO GUIDANCE OR HELP I PAY GOOD MONEY FOR THIS GAME WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM BY PHONE ALL YOU HEAR IS *** FROM THEM WITH NO HELP I ALSO TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD CONTACT YOU Revdex.com HIS ANSWER WAS GOOD LUCK WITH THAT
on a number of occasions has run into issues with our software. We have a "reset system" in place for our customers to reset their software license should any issues with the users PC occur. *** multiple times per year has used this system in the past. If he is having difficulty resetting his license codes this time for some reason then he needs to contact *** listing his license codes in that email and we would be glad to assist him, even reset the codes for him if need be.

It the same old response, email tech support get a reset code go to the rest page (activation page) put your product code in and this is what you get invalid product code invalid, invalid, where do we go from here I hope it’s not invalid thank you Revdex.com

We have a system in place that thousands of our customer use when they have computer issues to reset their license codes. When a customer has an issue we will always be responsive and try to correct that issue. *** has yet to respond to tech support as requested in our previous response to this Revdex.com complaint. If he simply responds to tech support with the code in question that are giving him difficulty tech support will fix and reset those codes for him.
Unless *** reaches out to support with those product codes that are giving him issues, they will not be able to assist him.
