Mr*** describes the merchandise as defective. Note our invoice *** dated Feb Mr*** ordered engineer stamped plansPlans where mailed and dated on March 14, In Mr***'s Aug email he acknowledges receipt of these engineered plans.Only after receipt of
plans he requested further information. This is over and above what he purchased based on standard structural engineering practices. As the invoice stated the work provided by us thru our engineer, *** Engineering only required engineer stamped plans.ThanksMark S***

I am rejecting this response because:Strat O Span states that they provided plans to many jobs in CAThe rejection of their plans was by the CA Government Agency responsible for approving the plansStrat O Span plans do not meet CA Stamped plans and calculation requirements for securing a building permitThe company can state they provided plans but the CA Government Agency determines the compliance and the plans were rejectedI received plans as provided by Strat O Span as I indicated but they did not meet CA Government requirementsWhen I requested a set of plans that meet the requirement it took over months from the original order before I moved to cancel the order and request a refund.
The engineer they used to provide CA stamped plans was known by the company to be non responsiveThis was communicated to me in the over phone calls to the company and engineerIt is represented by the fact they do not normally use this engineer for their projects. There is fraud and non compliance that do not meet Revdex.com standardsStrat O Spans actions did not meet their commitment and they knew the engineer they used was below required standardsMy request for a refund is due to the Strat O Span non compliance and non responsive supportThey sent plans but CA government agency rejected their "normal" plans.

We have sold and provided CA stamped plans and calculations over many years and many jobs in the state of California.  The standard set provided has been the norm for securing a building permit on these type buildings.  As stated in Mr. [redacted]'s emails he is in receipt of the standard set of engineered-drawings and calculations.  Mr. [redacted] also incorrectly states has spent 5 months on the plans.  Plans where ordered on Feb. 24, calculations ordered on March 1.  Drawings where sent to the engineer [redacted] Engineering on Feb. 27.  Strat-O-Span received it's emailed copy on April 1.  Three sets of the plans with calculations where mailed alson on April 1 to Mr. [redacted]. Only after the fact he then requested information over and above the standard plans her requested and paid for.Sincerely,Mark S[redacted]
