email to *** stating your wish to cancelThis serves as a day noticeThis information is located on the back of the agreement in bold printUpon receiving two voicemails from her within one day on July *, I promptly emailed her at *** to discuss the matterI do not know of any other voicemail/message receivedDo know that the club is open 24/and a live person answering service picks up after the 4th ring and emails messages to myself and the managerBeing open so many hours, the club is not staffed 24/and the answering service stands as a backup to not miss callsI searched for other correspondence from her and have no other correspondence from her anywhereI have learned in this business that all correspondence should be in writing to prevent any "I told you's" and somebody forgettingThere was no email ever from her at any other timeIn the email I sent, I asked her to send the copy of the correspondence she allegedly had with the club back in JanuaryIf it turned up, I would honor itI have yet to have any further correspondence from herIf she would have followed simple directions like everyone else does, we would not be at this level

Review: I was a member of Strata Health Club for a few years. I no longer go and decided to cancel my membership. I spoke with the club after multiple phones call and received an email on January [redacted] stating my membership was cancelled. However, they continue to bill my credit card. I have called and left several message, no one returns my calls. I finally contacted my credit card company and had a block put on the card for Strata. The owe me for the past three months. I know I will never see this money. Very sloppy customer service and book keeping. When you call the health club the call goes to a third party and then they relay the messages. It sounds like they have had this problem before.Desired Settlement: I would love to be reimbursed for the charges they took after the January [redacted] cancellation. I was billed 39.00 a month for Feb, March, April and May for a total of 156.00

Upon receiving two voicemails from her within one day on July *, 2015. I promptly emailed her at [redacted] to discuss the matter. I do not know of any other voicemail/message received. Do know that the club is open 24/7 and a live person answering service picks up after the 4th ring and emails messages to myself and the manager. Being open so many hours, the club is not staffed 24/7 and the answering service stands as a backup to not miss calls. I searched for other correspondence from her and have no other correspondence from her anywhere. I have learned in this business that all correspondence should be in writing to prevent any "I told you's" and somebody forgetting... There was no email ever from her at any other time. In the email I sent, I asked her to send the copy of the correspondence she allegedly had with the club back in January. If it turned up, I would honor it. I have yet to have any further correspondence from her. If she would have followed simple directions like everyone else does, we would not be at this level.
