Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 9, 2016/06/03) */ Stratec finally contacted me via e-mail on 5/25/16, days after filing the complaint with the Revdex.comThe e-mail was simple, short and contained a PDF document showing the survey performedThis did not fulfill their agreement to provide me with hard copies but I was happy to just get something from themTheir reasoning for why it took so long to get the document to me was because the "survey was sent to the wrong e-mail." This is highly doubtful since they had already sent me several e-mails priorBut nevertheless they did finally provide some sort of documentation
