This company contacted me with a very high offer to purchase my timeshare. The salesman claims to be a licensed real estate agent and gave me a license number which according to the Alabama licensing bureau is for a temporary sales license. He said his company is a registered Alabama brokerage but the Secretary of State lists no such company. I called my timeshare management company who informed me that the company and the offer is a fraud.
