Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Dear Sir: Good morning. Thomas Edison State University continues to deny the reimbursement of the military tuition for the amount of $750. MsW*** of the Administration Appeals committee continues to ignore requests in writing to explain how she and the committee could deny a refund; 1) I was asked in writing to submit evidence to support a refund; 2) was then unable to retrieve evidence from the student website because it was taken down; verified in an e-mail sent from TESU. 3) Cynthia S*** Assistant Dean has asked not to be involved any longer in this issue; 4) Craig S*** of the *** *** response was to speak with MsW***; 5) the registrar's office; MsS*** and MsC*** have refused to return the tuition; even when informed that TESU's policy for appeal has not been followed; 6) other parties copied on e-mails regarding these issues remain silent. I hope for a positive resolve; as MsW*** sent in writing that I can pay an additional $to complete my biology degree; and, MrS*** has written asking to contact him when I am ready to retake the chemistry course; no one is responding to the issue of not following policy as regarding a refund.

To Whom It May Concern: The student had been over-awarded by Thomas Edison State University on her subsidized loan by $in 2014-15. Her current school would not allow a new loan until that had been correctedOur Financial Aid Office lowered her subsidized loan
by the $needed to clear her with the other school. In addition, our Director of Financial Aid, *** O*** called the student and let her know we’ve made the correction and advised her to call her school and advise them that it has been corrected. We have asked the student to inform the Financial Aid Director of the feedback from the other schoolSincerely, *** M*** Chief of Staff *** MM*** | Chief of Staff *** *** *** *** * *** ** ***
