Strategic Funding Source

I have used this company twice this year, both times for funding around $20, They were fast and efficient, and I am very pleased with them and hope to use them again With all the funding sources available, I receive multiple marketing items in the mail each week, it will take a significant lower interest rate to make me leave this company, because that is the only area that I feel they could possible improve on for repeat customers*** ***

I received a Cash advance from Strategic Funding in July this year but the company that I had gone through was Money Works Direct It wasn't much just 15k When I needed to get more funds I reached out to them (Patrick R***, my funding analyst from previous deal) as my balance was lower but was told I can only get 15k more when I had other offers from other companies for much more than that Fast forward weeks and I had a great offer from someone so I called to get my payoff letter from them and when I spoke to Patrick, he said give me the offer and I can match it I said sure lets see what they can do since I'm already with them He said they can match the offer and I need to get the contract in ASAP In the end I decided to go with the other company so I called to tell him that and he decided to be professional and hung up on me He then began to persistently email me telling me that I could be funded that day in which I again I told him no so he called and when I said no again, he hung up on me again Now, days later I am still waiting for my payoff letter and now the owner of the company that is funding me has called with myself on the line He told him we are waiting and he said it's coming and AGAIN hung up on us It is day at 1pm my time with no letter This company but mainly Patrick R*** is a JOKE!
