Unprofessional and unapolagetically RUDE staff
I am beyond frustrated at the incompetence of the office and staff. I have had TWO appointments scheduled with Brian Lazarro over Theralink in the last two weeks, one on Sunday at 9:40 am and the previous on June 3rd at noon.

I spoke to Daniel at the Scottsdale office after the first appointment on June 3rd did not take place as it should have. There was no e-mail from them like their normally is and when logging on it said there was no appointment. Daniel said that there was a problem with Theralink. I was now out of medication. He said there was nothing I could do but leave a message for Mary (refill requests) and try to get a refill request and make another appointment. The only availability he had was for Sunday, I made the appointment and he assured me that it was made and I would not have any problems. Mary never seems to return calls or e-mails and can't do a refill anyway, useless.

Sunday comes, no e-mail again from Theralink, which they normally send. So I logged on again, Theralink said I have no scheduled appointments. Again. Can't get ahold of anyone from your office, there is apparently no e-mail available for Brian Lazzaro, once again, an appointment that does not come to fruition.

I am without medication and Daniel who manages the Scottsdale office can't do a thing about it, again. Mary replied this morning she cant refill the scipt without an appointment. I have made two appointments that did not come to fruition for no fault of my own, yet I have to suffer the consequences of not having medication because of Strategic Mental Health.

I am given the generic e-mail to make a complaint to Chris, must address Attn Chris in the subject line. Chris is Daniels friend, I was introduced to Daniel when Chris was training him. There is no one else to contact or get ahold of in this office, it is a complete run around with no one being held accountable for these practices and the complete lack of professionalism.

After calling the office to tall them once again the meeting did not take place, them saying well they are showing the meeting, I get a message from Theralink about my appointment scheduled for the DAY BEFORE! See the picture, this is insane!

I am a business owner and I am absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism from this office and staff.

This is sadly not the only time I have delt with not having medication due to your office.

The last appointment that I had with Brian, he only sent a month of medications in instead of 3 months. It took another 3 days to have them sent in.

A month after my last appointment I got an e-mail from Theralink saying I had an appointment in 15 minutes, confused I logged on and waited, no one ever came on. I did not have an appointment scheduled and no one could tell me why Theralink notified me. Money paid on Theralink had to be refunded to me.

It is absolutely not fair to me as a client to have to pay the price for whatever is going on in your office, which I highly suggest you get involved in, the way this office is ran is an absolute embarrassment.

I would absolutely not deal with anyone at this office unless you want to be completely stressed out and have the worst customer service you can possibly imagine.

full hour long appointment would interfere with other clients she became confrontational and disruptive.  Certainly, we try to provide excellent customer service but we can not do so at the expense of all those who were scheduled after her.  We offered to reschedule and she refused.  At that point, there is very little that can be done to resolve her issue. We appreciate that she was disappointed and wish her the best of luck with a different provider.

Review: [redacted] has been hurtful rather than helpful and has her patients constantly waiting half hour. She was highly unprofessional in front of office staff and patients.she appears angree and bossy, not understanding and kind.

I tried to see another provider but she took it personal and interfered with my other appointments.Desired Settlement: Letter of apology from [redacted].
