I moved here in November of in December I made a work order because one eye on my stove works that work order has not been completed and it's been eight months now the refrigerator isn't coolingI've had to throw food out and I don't have a place to store foodI put in a work order for refrigerator, stove, ac, and toilet none have been resolvedThey gave me one window unit ac for a three bedroom apartment as a resolution to the central ac unit being outI've spoken to the property managers on several occasions about my maintenance issues with no resolution yetI've emailed corporate still haven't received a reply or resolutionThe stove has a short in it and is a fire hazard and has caught on fire beforethe ac leaks water into hot water closet that water has been sitting in closet for almost two weeks the maintenance team came

On August 12th, the AC stopped working in my apartment and has not been been repaired in over a week after numerous attempts to receive assistance
I called numerous times since my AC stopped working to report that it was not working and have a work order submittedI was not able to speak with anyone and have a work order submitted until Monday August 14thI spoke with Lena at Strategic Properties and she advised that she submitted the work order and if a tech is not at the home by the next day to give her a callI still did not receive any assistance or any visit from a tech to fix my ACI then called my daughter and told her about the matter on Wednesday August 16thMy daughter spoke with the leasing office and they advised that a part needed to be ordered and a tech would be at my home on Thursday August 17th by 12pmi also received a notification on my door that a technician would come to my home at that time as well to assess and fix my ACOn Thursday August 17th, a contr
