I am sorry to hear about this issue you have had with the issuance of a refund with the Freedom Funding Product I do understand you purchased and days later were in request of a refund As you may know our standard refund policy on all of our products is days which you were well within the parameters for the refund I understand you spoke with my director of customer service whom tried to give you the advantages of staying with our program to no avail During that time the check was issued, however due to my Chief Financial Officer out on vacation as well as my sales manager (who handles final refund exit interview) there was a hiccup in the communication between departments.We do apologize for the lack of expediting your request and your understanding on our policy that we issue checks for all refunds as our standard operating business practice.That being said I have made it clear to my team to go ahead and issue your Full Refund on your purchasing credit card as an extenuating circumstance for your particular case.We dont like to make excuses at our company, and we do sincerely apologize for any hardship or other frustrations this may have put on you or your family.Please allow 3-business days for the merchant processor to handle the reversal on your credit card but feel free to reach out to me by the end of the week if you have not seen the $hit your account.We appreciate you taking some time to look at our product and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.Respectfully,Jason [redacted] S [redacted] Chief Operations Officer
