As September 2013 my central heat and air unit has not been in working order. It is now going on November and it is still not fixed. I'm a tented of [redacted]. Been there since June of 2013 as a good a tenet I pay my rent of $525 a month on time each month. But as of September 2013 my central heat and air is not in working order. They have been aware of this problem from the start. They told me that the unit is on a warranty and that the guy fixing it miss the appointments to come out and make the repairs needed. So I asked if I could pay someone to fix my unit and take it of my rent they said no because its under a warranty. In the mean while my kids and I have to sit an a cold house like I didn't pay my bills.Desired SettlementI believe my rent should be half off or something could I signed up for central heat and air there warranty is not my problem.
