After all, you didn't come prepared to pay You are the reason why we collect before treatment is performedI printed and reviewed your treatment with you on the day of the initial examinationYou knew how much the treatment was going to beYou simply chose not to comply with a policy that you signedAnd now you are trying to "get out of another bill" that you agreed to pay Yes, you came unprepared to pay which is clearly failing to be prepared for your appointmentDid you think it was going to be free? Of course not, because dentistry cost moneyOur office charges half what other offices charge for that service you were going to get You wasted that time by not being prepared and kept another patient from getting those two hours (And that failure fee should have been [redacted] Our other courteous patients who are considerate of our work and time who forget how much things cost are considerate enough to call in advance if they forgot Everything you stated in your complaint, you misrepresented just to get out of a billI will do the respectful thing and adjust your [redacted] FAILED APPOINTMENT FEE and terminate our relationship as is stated in the office policyNow you will pay double the cost somewhere else As far as my office personnel's professionalism...they are extremely professional As far as going out of business....not on your life!
