Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] We were not disputing that the door was out of warranty, (although the invoice says the date of 5/30/and my call was on 6/8/as I had said about a week out), however we felt that a minof $was a little much for minor adjustments, so we said not to schedule for the service call and was ready to hang up the phone At that time the owner, ***, offered to look at the door and make adjustments without charge We were very pleased by his offer and, thought this was GOOD business practice and ask when he would be able to check so I would be able to meet him there I was NOT told it was when he could fit it into his schedule or I would have had more patience I was told later that afternoon or in the morning The next day around o'clock I had not heard from him and I had to go out, I was going past the business so wanted to make sure that I wouldn't miss his call (I was trying to be considerate and not wanting to miss his call and him having to reschedule because I wasn't at home) I was told he had a ticket made out and it would be later that afternoon, said that would be okay, I was going to be back shortly My issue is being told different times when he would be going and would be calling first and then making sure I was available to meet him and having no callsI too have things to do during my days My grandfather too had a saying "Your word is your bond"I feel the company was just a little inconsiderate of my time To date I still have not had contact from them even after my complaint to the Revdex.com

Sorry to hear that this customer is upset - we try our best to meet the needs of those that call on us - her door was more then a week out of warranty - she did not want to pay for a service call - so the owner agreed to look at the door and adjust it himself without charge when he could work it
into his schedule - He has been on the road none stop all week - the door is operating and is not an emergency - as my grandfather would say don't look a gift horse in the mouth - no other company I believe would do as much as we to try to do to help our customersI pray that she has a blessed day and maybe find a little patience along the way!
