We entered into an agreement with this used car and credit dealership on 10/30/2013.
The agreement called for our organization to provide the following over the next 12 months.

This was to be achieved over 12 months of the agreement.
After 4 months of service, our company voluntarily ceased invoicing the monthly fee of $3,000 per month until we achieved our 2:1 guarantee level. We were paid a total of $12,000 through this period($3,000) per month.
We then, with the client approval, completed a total of 15 solutions that the client pre-approved for us to work on.
These solutions upon implementation would have generated $83,194 in savings. Even though the client initially approved the expense category we worked on, and gave us their initial requirements, they told their suppliers not to work with us and provide us with new quotes. Then, once we provided our formal recommendations with backup data and analysis, they rejected the solutions, saying they did not now meet their needs. Further.....they took our pricing information and provided that to their suppliers to renegotiate better rates for their benefit, but not giving us credit for our work.
This behavior was not only unethical behavior toward us, but unethical toward the suppliers we solicited for the original quotes. There is a provision in our agreement that the clients will not share supplier quote information with other suppliers....they violated that as well.
On a prorated basis of the agreement, they were with us for four months of paid service....therefore we owed them $24,000 in savings and a minimum of 3 solutions.
We provided 15 solutions that they authorized, with annual savings of $83,194 achieving almost 4 times our commitment in spite of the roadblocks put in front of us.
The owner of this organization hired us because he lacked confidence in this particular team to achieve his savings objectives. The individual filing the complaint was a member of that team and did what he could to disparage our work from the beginning.
Demanding a refund and threatening to defame us when we almost quadrupled our guarantee, when this individual violated terms of the agreement by sharing proprietary supplier information and then using it to his benefit was then and still is unethical. Therefore we were and are unwilling to pay a refund given this breech of good business ethics and practices.
I am happy to provide copies of all solutions provided, tracking devices and the original agreement if that would be of help to the Revdex.com.

This is ridiculous. I stand by everything I stated in first writing. The reason we decided to sign up with this company is due to their "money back guarantee". We had nothing to lose.....so we thought. If nothing else, we wasted a lot of time and didn't get the guaranteed results from Strategic Source. When it became apparent they were not going to meet their contracted obligation they should have refunded our money and we could have all moved on. But then they would have lost their favorite sales line, "we have never had to refund money to any customer". It's very easy to put numbers on a spreadsheet and show a cheaper price. Several of the items they saved us money on were of cheaper quality and we have switched back to the original ones we were using. We didn't expect this Revdex.com complaint to solve anything with this company. In fact, I could have written their response very close to word for word. It's exactly what I expected. We will not recommend this company to anyone and will seek legal action.

The gentleman is right, we do have a money back guarantee....if we do not achieve our stated commitment we will refund fees paid to us. The gentlemen is incorrect in stating that we claim to have never had to refund any monies to clients. One, we don't claim that and two, we have refunded money to clients in the past. In 2015 we issued 3 refunds in the course of the year where we could not meet our obligations to clients. We do everything in our power to first meet client expectations and then exceed those expectations.......but if we cannot do so, we will issue a refund.

This case is different for the reasons stated above. We exceeded our commitment many times over, and the client used the information for their benefit and claimed we did not meet our guarantee. Our agreement is typically 12 months, so we have 12 months to achieve our commitment results even though we suspend billing when we are behind plan. In that period we exceed our commitment.
We stand by our original offer to implement the solutions we recommended, solutions that they initially approved us to work on, so that they not only receive the stated benefit but much more. If they allow us to do so, they will have an ROI of 4-5 times their investment which well exceeds our original guarantee to them.
