My dealings with this company has been horrific to say the least Matt L [redacted] was not only very rude but extremely condescending My son's car was parked for about minutes while he helped a friend unload furniture into their residence When he came back out, his car was towed No warnings, no nothing but could see all other cars that consisted of story parking structure (that he went through) to see many other vehicles with warning tickets (he took pictures) When I called to pay the fine (after trying to talk reasonable with MrL***) he demanded that I scan and send him my ID to pay the $fine(reduced rate, per L***) I refused to do this as it is not necessary for him to have any of my private information I was willing to write and sign an authorization, he refused and told me that he will need to bring cash I am over hours away Once I was able to get the funds into my son's account, he went to pick up the vehicle Upon retrieving it, L [redacted] demanded that he will only release the vehicle with the Title of the Car Nobody carries the Title of the car with them nor would they even have the title if the car is not paid off (DUH) He gave my son such a hard time that I had to involve my attorney to advise L [redacted] that registration is sufficient proof that the car is registered under the correct name I AM ADVISING who ever used this company, GET OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!! They are HORRIBLE, DISHONEST and actually told me that "These kids think they can get away with anything and I will not let it happen" Are you kidding me?

My dealings with this company has been horrific to say the least. Matt L[redacted] was not only very rude but extremely condescending. My son's car was parked for about 20 minutes while he helped a friend unload furniture into their residence. When he came back out, his car was towed. No warnings, no nothing but could see all other cars that consisted of 3 story parking structure (that he went through) to see many other vehicles with warning tickets (he took pictures) When I called to pay the fine (after trying to talk reasonable with Mr. L[redacted]) he demanded that I scan and send him my ID to pay the $100 fine. (reduced rate, per L[redacted]) I refused to do this as it is not necessary for him to have any of my private information. I was willing to write and sign an authorization, he refused and told me that he will need to bring cash. I am over 2 hours away. Once I was able to get the funds into my son's account, he went to pick up the vehicle. Upon retrieving it, L[redacted] demanded that he will only release the vehicle with the Title of the Car. Nobody carries the Title of the car with them nor would they even have the title if the car is not paid off (DUH) He gave my son such a hard time that I had to involve my attorney to advise L[redacted] that registration is sufficient proof that the car is registered under the correct name. These guys really helped me out and that says a lot of a tow company. I haven't ever really had a great experience with a tow truck service. I locked my keys in my car after leaving the store and couldn't find anyone that would help me for under 75bucks. These guys did and they were there within 10 minutes of my call. I'd recommend them to my family and friends.
