THEIR REFUND POLICY IS NOT CLEAR AND CONCISETHEY DO NOT HONOR THIER REFUND POLICY
I PURCHASED DRAKE TAX SOFTWARE 02/13/I PURCHASED THE PAY PER RETURN PROGRAM FOR $i HAVE TRIED TO USE THE SOFTWARE FOR TWO DAYS AND WAS UN ABLE TO USE THE SOFTWARETHE SOFTWARE IS NOT AS EASY TO NAVIGATE AS REVIEWS HAVE SAIDSO ON 02/15/I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUNDTHEY SAID BECAUSE I ACTIVATED A RETURN
WHAT IS CONSIDERED AN ACTIVATED RETURN?? I DID NOT EFILE ANY RETURNSTHEY ARE MAKING ME PAY JUST BECAUSE I OPEN UP A RETURNHOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT AN ACTIVATED RETURN IS??? THEY DID NOT SEND ME ANY DOCUMENTS TO SIGN BEFORE MAKING ME PAY AND THEY DID NOT GO OVER ANY REFUND POLICY STATING NO REFUND IF I ACTIVATE A RETURNWHAT IS CONSIDERED AN ACTIVATED RETURN?? I spoke with a Joel S*** about Drake Tax Software in regards to the capabilities, ease of use, and how the pay-per-return option works I explained what I need out of a tax software while yet keeping the cost to me at a minimum I even indicated I used Intuit and Turbo Tax products in the past and that the new software I get, should be as easy to use I specifically mentioned I do not prepare tax returns professionally on a full-time basis and I only do it to help those that cannot afford a tax preparer Because of that, cost per return and ease of use of the software were important After being told *** can meet what I'm looking for, I purchased the software
Upon getting set up with the software, I was not able to even COMPLETE the first tax return because the software kept giving me numerous error message about the data entry The error message were not precise to explain what the problem was Th
