I contact *** to help me create my *** store. Richard R was the person that responded to my inquiry. After his explanation of their services I agreed to work with them for a fee of $999. He introduced me to Randy J as my project manager. I had one introduction call with Randy and had a follow up call scheduled so that we could start the project but he didn't call. During this time they told me that my payment had not gone through and I told them I would solve that. I made the payment for the second time and there were no issues. After the payment was processed I didn't hear from neither of them and when I email Richard to ask what were the next steps and if Randy was still my project manager, he said that Randy would be calling me the next day but that didn't happen. When I contacted both of them they didn't respond. I called the business number provided and it didn't exist. I kept trying and they still didn't respond. A few days later Randy contacted me and I said that I no longer wanted to work with them and would like my refund, he went silent again without giving me any response. He responded when I said I didn't want to work them but when I asked for a refund he said nothing. I emailed and called Richard again and he didn't respond until now. Everything was OK until the payment went through and as soon as the payment went through they didn't care. They are not professionals and all I want is my money back.

This is the absolute worst and most unethical company ever. So many issues it is hard to know where to start. This is a business that is to help one start their very own e-commerce business. They are to help get your website up and running and products listed on various platforms to include *** and ***. According to their contract once the package is purchased completion of the website will be delivered " no later than 7 days", it is September and all this started in July and needless to say I am still fighting them to get things complete. They offer a "training"manual which is very generic and filled with links to *** videos, so you can sit and figure it all out. I did end up upgrading my package to have the 60 day phone consultations, as I thought that would help but proved even worse. You have to stay on top of them to make sure things are getting done, as they promise "they will be in touch", but they are not. This caused me to keep reaching out to them over and over and the results were emails from a different person each time with different solutions. One of my many concerns was regarding *** shipping. My site stated items were being shipped from he *** and will arrive within a 7-10 day span, when actually items are being shipped from *** and at best within 12-20 days. Everytime I ask about this I was told different things to do to "fix it" myself OR even better one staff member would "fix"the issue and then another one say it was wrong and that I needed to change it. When contacting the company I was spoken to very rudely and unprofessional. I was basically told I was the problem. The "manager" gave me the run around and said, "when starting a new business you will have hiccups." Please. My other ongoing issue was products that were being uploaded to amazon were "unavailable". I was told this would be addressed, but it never was. This company also has other negative reviews, I am just finding. Do not trust them with anything. Rude and unprofessional.
