clients, and follow-up on any communication we may receive. Thus we are certainly disappointed to receive a negative review in which a patient feels that we did not do so. As a general matter, we always welcome the opportunity to discuss and resolve any patient's concerns directly, whether in person or by telephone, and remain willing to do so in this instance. Furthermore, we are always happy to refund a client for any service performed which did not fulfill our goal of being exemplary quality, and are certainly willing to do so in this case. Review: On October 24, 2014 I went to Renew Skin Solutions for a Chemical Face Peel. The technician recommended I have a basic peel for $85.00. This was my first time going to this establishment and prior to living in California I had prior chemical face peels at a previous dermatologist so I am very familiar with them and expressed this to the female technician. After having the peel, I experienced no results whatsoever and saw no brightness at all and felt it was a waste of my money. I am aware there are different levels of these peels with everyone having different reactions but I saw nothing at all from this peel and I should see something for $85.00. Several weeks later, I contacted Renew Skin Solutions by phone to express my dissastisfaction with the peel and the receptionist apologized and promised me that someone would contact me that same day to discuss the matter. Several days later, I then emailed them with my contact information once again stating my dissatisfaction with the chemical face peel and that I was very disappointed that no one had ever contacted to me. It is now over 2 months later and I still have not heard from anyone, let alone an apology for a service that I felt did nothing and I paid $85.00 for. This is very poor customer service on their part and I felt I should take this one step further and contact you.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as I am not going back to an establishment that has no customer service and could care less when a customer is dissastisfied with their product and cannot even call me back and apologize. It is a very poor way to run a business if you don't even care what your customers think. If they had just called me back and apologized, I would have probably gone back and tried them one more time.
