Dear Revdex.com, after the sale I changed her box spring to a low profile delivered for free I then received the coffee table and delivered it The mirror was not with the set I later found out the set was discontinuedShe can pick any mirror to match . I have told her this

I wanted to update the Revdex.com and let you know, that now 100% of the cabinets are inOnce we receive payment from *** *** we will deliver them

She is correct the product was unacceptable, so I replaced everythingShe was impatientSometimes you have to wait some time for product to come from manufactureAt my expense she got a free pantry, free wood hoodI paid a carpenter to go look and another to fix$and more payments to be
madeThe customer want customer work to the over cabinetNot and never agreed but I am doing itThe customer called 5-times per dayShe wanted me to line up drawers, we do not do customer drawers but we did*** my carpenter who is in Italy will be taking care of this when he gets backI paid $out of my pocket

Please add your rejection comments below.  Mr [redacted] HAS NOT made any attempt to compromise. I also had to purchase the $100 [redacted] Mr [redacted] mentions for $50 which now brings my total payment $483 for only 2 end tables (which were $140 total)  The couch that was sold to me didn't fit, however that was an error on his sales associates. I gave her the correct measurements for my apartment.  However, she has now been fired due to her incompetence (per Mr [redacted]).  He's double charging the delivery. He would have had to delivery the end tables anyway. I agree paying for the end tables and the delivery of those is fare. This is by far the worst service I've come across. He asked me to write my check directly to him because we shared the same bank. Right then and there I should have known. Being a small business owner, I try to give back to the community by giving to the community and surrounding small businesses. I will be happy to provide text messages from Mr [redacted] along with another male associate regarding correspondence I've had with the company. They dropped the ball on this one. They never took a phone number. They wouldn't call me back for over a month, and Me [redacted] expects me to come talk to him in his "warehouse". I dont think so! They showed up with wrong couch at a house that wasn't even mine. He can't get away with this or my money that I work so hard for.

Dear Revdex.com. Due to backordered items and my strict instructions from the client not to deliver unless the order is 100%, we now (10/17/15) have 97% of the order. 97% of the kitchen order is here. Other 3% due by 11/15/2015

The customer paid $199For a sofa.  We delivered it 2x First time no one was home Second time it could not fit I accept it back for $50 delivery fee from west Warwick Ri to Fall River mass However I will refund $150Going up $50. Best regard ,[redacted]
