Awning does not fit correctlyIt sags and allows rain to puddle
I ordered the awning for my porch and *** measured the existing armature and I gave him a check in the amount of $as a down payment Approximately a week later he installed the awning on or about March 24th When he put it up I said I was unhappy because it did not fit correctly and he assured me that he would come by to fix it I then gave him a check for the final amount due $ Since then, I have called and spoken to him and his wife at least ten times, and am always assured that he has the part on his truck to fix the awning, he will come by when he is next in the area, etc., etc., I was told that his wife had health problems and I said I was sorry His business is not that far from my house, and I cannot understand why he will not come to fix the problem which he acknowledges exists It has been over months since the installation, and I am frustrated and extremely unhappy with what has happen

Although there work seems to be well done They are not very timely or reliable to show up when they say they will They are a due it all company but the problem is getting them there to do it!!
