I have reviewed the customers file and found that we did perform recalls to customers vehicle.One of the recalls being the headlight switch replacement on 2-25-2016.The customer returned on 3-16-to have the headlight concern addressedThe technician found that one of the pins had backed out
of the connector and was causing a poor connection that resulted in the headlights to not function as designed. We were able to locate and remedy the customer concern and had the customer back on the roadThe repair that took place on this visit was not charged to the customer due to technician errorThe customer did not mention during this visit any repair bill that he had paid to his mechanic. We have left a message with the customer requesting a call back to ensure that the headlights are still functioning as designed. Once contact with customer is made I will confirm that he did not have any out of pocket expenses resulting from our technician error.Thank you.*** ***Service DirectorStraub Automotive*** 304-233-ext

We have reviewed the customers concern.We have called and left a message for the customer to contact us to confirm his mailing address. We have called several of the Honda dealerships in his area and found that the average cost of an oil change is $39.99. We will be mailing the customer a check...
