Revdex.com received call from business owner. The business has tried to appease the consumer, but there appears to be no way to make him happy. The business is pursuing this matter with their attorney.

There is nothing wrong with that house. You are being bullheaded and are making mountains out of mole hills, and quite candidly I am confident that you are flat out trying to pull a scam on me, like you tried to do with the concrete contractor and the deck contractor.
I told you when I originally met with you that if you take a magnifying glass into any new house, you are going to find imperfections. In construction we do not work under perfect conditions like you do in the machine shop. We do not work with tolerances of 1/1000 of an inch like you do with your job.
No where in the contract is the word "perfect" used nor implied.
As soon as you made your mind up that you were going to scam the garage floor situation, the first thing that you did was send an email with pictures of it to a third party instead of contacting me first to give me a chance to investigate the situation. Then you came to me and afterwards and made demands.
We are talking about garage floors, not counter tops, not tile or hardwood floors.
On the last day of the parade of homes event, during the disturbance scene that you created while throwing your temper tantrum, you stated that you were going to authorize the final draw the very next day (on Monday the 18th). However, this proved to be a flat out lie because you did not authorize the final draw on Monday, but instead filed a defamatory, bogus complaint directly towards my company with the Revdex.com in Akron.
To have someone come to your property and do all that work and then try to stick them on that much money is not acceptable. I am not going along with your scam.
