installed a new ceiling bath exhaust fan/light and the new fan is not working, only light turns on, has not returned to fix this problem.
Mr. agreed to install a new ceiling fan/light exhaust fan in our
bathroom on Oct. 5, 2017. He stated he had wired it and all it needed was the lightbulb which was not included and he left after we paid
the balance owed him for his plumbing job and installations of
faucets, toilets and the exhaust fan. He was paid in cash a total of $1005 for his services . We have called him numerous times to let him know the fan motor does not come on, only the light turns on. To date he has not shown up or bother to be more professional by answering our numerous voice mails and texts we have left on his cell number.
He needs to come back and see what went wrong with his work, or if the exhaust fan's motor is bad, he needs to take it down and Lowe's Home Improvement will replace it for us. It is his responsibility to see what is the problem with this exhaust fan that he installed. He should have not left until he made sure the new fan was working!
